Shipping Zones
Aga Culture has its flagship store in based in Lagos, Nigeria and we currently ship to the UK, the United States, Canada, and select international locations upon request. Please contact us at sales@agaculture.com for any inquiries regarding international shipping.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays & weekends). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Nigeria): 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and can range between 7-14 business days depending on the location.
Please note that these times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. For international orders, customs fees or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Expedited Shipping
If you require your order to be delivered urgently, please contact us at sales@agaculture.com before placing your order. We will work with you to find the best expedited shipping option.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, such as delayed or lost packages, please contact us at sales@agaculture.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping Policies
For international orders, Aga Culture is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to retrieve the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
