RETURN AND DELIVERY
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order online.
All our products are handmade. Due to the nature of craftsmanship, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or finish. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the unique character of each piece.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER WITH THE FOLLOWING LEAD TIMES AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
- 4–6 weeks for orders containing up to 50 products.
- 6–8 weeks for orders containing up to 200 products.
- 8 weeks or more for orders containing more than 200 products.
The Àga team is dedicated to producing quality products, and this takes time. However, we will keep you updated as production progresses.
NOTE: DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE AFFECTED BY CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. PLEASE USE THE INFORMATION ABOVE AS A GUIDE ONLY.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
General Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds unless the item is clearly defective at the time of purchase. This policy applies to only online purchases, and defects must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. Any report made after 5 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns (Defective Items Only)
If you have received a defective item, please contact sales@agaculture.com within 5 days of purchase (or receipt for online orders) to obtain a return label and Return Authorisation Number.
Please note:
We can only return/exchange items bought from www.agaculture.com with proof of purchase. We cannot process items purchased from one of our stockists.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You can also return an item in person at our Showroom: 1b, Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with evidence of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Sale and Clearance Items
Sale items cannot be refunded; only regular-priced items that meet the defect policy above may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email sales@agaculture.com and send your item to: 1b, Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Any order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order confirmation. We do not accept cancellations on rushed orders or due to delays caused by the shipping provider. To cancel an order, please email sales@agaculture.com with your order number.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Once confirmed, a custom order is non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except for manufacturer defects or damages. You have 48 hours from the time a custom order is placed to cancel it. After 48 hours, the order is confirmed, considered a final sale, and cannot be refunded.
Please note: All custom orders are individually handmade, and as such, slight variations from product images or samples may occur due to the artisanal nature of our production. These variations are not considered defects, and refunds will not be issued on this basis.
