Delivery and Returns
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number to check the delivery status of your order online.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER WITH THE FOLLOWING LEAD TIMES AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
- 4-6 weeks for orders containing up to 50 products.
- 6-8 weeks for orders containing up to 200 products.
- 8 weeks or more for orders containing more than 200 products
*NOTE: DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE AFFECTED BY CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. PLEASE USE THE INFORMATION BENEATH AS A GUIDE ONLY.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) days of receipt of your item to obtain a return label and Return Authorisation Number. We do not offer returns or exchange on undamaged items. We do not replace items more than five days after receipt.
Please note that we can only return/exchange items bought from www.agaculture.com with proof of purchase, we cannot process items that have been purchased from one of our stockists.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You can also return an item by visiting our Concept Store at: 1b, Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with evidence of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale and Clearance items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 1b, Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Any order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order confirmation. We do not accept cancellations on rushed orders. We do not allow cancellations due to delays caused by the shipping provider.
To cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Once confirmed, a custom order is non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except for manufacturer defects or damages. You will have 48 hours from the time a custom order is placed to cancel it. After 48 hours, the order is confirmed, considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.
